Dumsor Dumsor is a Ghanaian expression which means instability of electricity. The has been regular unstable power cuts in Ghana. But what does the ordinary Ghanaian think of that? The explanation the government is giving is not going down well with the ordinary Ghanaian. What the ordinary Ghanaian need is regular supply of power not regular supply of excuses for power outages.
