To the ordinary Ghanaian, technogy does not bring food to their table. So why should they invest in technology. Technology won't bring money to their pocket, so why should they care about technology? Maybe it's because of the way technology is presented to the people. Technology is not made attractive to the ordinary Ghanaian. The very few who are abreast with technology is not willing to motivate the rest. A friend once said to me, "I will never satisfied with technology until I can download food". The Ordinary Ghanaian has indeed a 'weird' mindset.
